I'm a certified wellness coach and a firm believer in the power of making small changes every day to positively influence our lives for the long haul. Through my own experience in transforming my health, I greatly value the importance of a holistic approach towards wellbeing.

Based on The Pathways Model by Angele McGrady and Donald Moss, our approach lies in the scientifically proven fact that many medical conditions today are avoidable and in some cases, reversible.
